He also recommended someone to haul away the trash. Additionally, he was very helpful in the negotiation, as he advised us regarding the acceptance of the offer, and to offer a credit for less than the contractor's estimate. Finally, he was always available when needed and responded quickly to texts. Overall, he was Joey On The Spot! Will definitely work with him again.
