We had two offers almost right away, which resulted in selling over asking! Unheard of in this market, and part of that may have been luck, but you need to give luck a chance, and Joey created those conditions. Additionally, he was an excellent resource in terms of being very knowledgeable about the local market trends and challenges, advising us how to get the house ready for sale, and when it was time to estimate fixing what the inspector found, he was able to find a contractor who could do the estimate right away. He also recommended someone to haul away the trash. Additionally, he was very helpful in the negotiation, as he advised us regarding the acceptance of the offer, and to offer a credit for less than the contractor's estimate. Finally, he was always available when needed and responded quickly to texts. Overall, he was Joey On The Spot! Will definitely work with him again.
