Mary and her Team worked extremely hard in a market that had become very difficult to sell my property. She was spot on with pricing and always put me in the best position for success. She often delt with difficult situations and guided me and everyone else in a patient, courteous and professional manner. This was my first time I engaged Mary, I had used a family Real Estate Agent in the past. I am so thankful and grateful that I did because of the amount of time she invested in getting the property sold. Thank You Mary and the Team!

Mary was great helping us navigate the sale of my aunt's house in New Orleans! Highly recommend!!

Mary did an excellent job in helping us buy the house we wanted. Would definitely recommend her!

This team is the best!! Excellent market knowledge specific to the area, professional, and easy to work with. They go above and beyond to help you find the perfect house in the perfect location. Highly recommend!

My family is moving to New Orleans from out of state. After our initial meeting with Lesha, it was a relief to know that we had a very experienced realtor. She was able to communicate about neighborhoods, drive times, history, and value of the homes we toured. Once we found our new home, her advice was valuable as we navigated the offer, closing, inspection, and contractors to assist. I'm grateful for their knowledge and kindness through out the process.

She was very helpful. We used her twice, and in between, she was very, very helpful on ideas to improve resale value on our home.

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Lane and her team both buying and selling. As buyers unfamiliar with the New Orleans area, she helped us figure out where to look, and then actually showed us a house that she felt was a really good match - but didn’t look like it from the agents photos. She was correct, and we got a house we LOVED in an area that was a perfect fit for us. All of this was done virtually, as we were overseas! As sellers, we found Lane and her team were always excellent communicators. She was patient as we took almost a year of back and forth on our timeline to sell. We never felt that she was irritated by our changing situation (though we were!) Her attitude is unfailingly positive, helpful, professional, and boy does she work hard to sell your house at the best price. Sold in 10 days in a market that didn’t predict that. I would not hesitate to recommend her to represent either a buyer or seller!
