This was the 2nd home from my husband’s brother’s estate that Audrey has helped us with recently. This sale was different from the other in that it was a private sale between the estate and a friend of the deceased. Audrey was gentle and professionally persuasive in guiding both parties to close the deal, clearing any last minute hurdles like a pro. She anticipates issues before they arise and helps to assure that by close, all parties are satisfied. Audrey helped my husband (and I) following the death of his brother. My husband was the Administrator of his brother’s estate, which included a unique home in Montclair. She recommended workers to finish the daunting task of cleaning out the house, suggested an incredible handyman and other professionals and guided and gently encouraged us to make some repairs, paint, carpet and stage the house. Oh my, what a difference this made!! The house had considerable charm to begin with, but her suggestions without a doubt made for a quick and satisfying sale for both seller and buyer. Audrey’s knowledge of the market was key. Also, her team made the negotiations and lead up to closing reassuring and successful. We’d be remiss to not mention that Audrey has a certain effective and caring way of communicating. She listens well, asks the right questions and truly has your welfare in mind. I can’t say enough good things about Audrey. She was extremely helpful even when we thought we were going to rent the house and when we decided to sell you couldn’t tell the difference. She puts the client first and this will lead to much repeat business and many referrals. She is organized and takes on every responsibility to get things done. Audrey is the perfect blend of knowledgeable professional and empathetic listener. We were constantly peppering her with questions and "ideas" and she always responded quickly and thoughtfully even if we were likely being a little silly. She had very good knowledge about the oakland market with a lot of her predictions on sale prices being spot on. She also has access to so many connections which is critical for bay area real estate. We had a bad experience with a realtor buying out condo prior and were so nervous about having someone take advantage of us again. Audrey was always honest and caring. We are absolutely smitten with our new home.

The design insights she and the staging company provided really helped turn the house into an approachable, welcome home. Her weekly emails with updates and "week ahead" information kept us sane and her project management skills kept everything moving on schedule. She was also super positive and really knows the industry. We ended up getting a number of great offers for the house and selling for a price that we were thrilled about.
