I contacted Ashley to sell my townhome as quick as possible. It was an investment property I was ready to part with. She was very knowledgeable and extremely responsive. Ashley helped with finding contractors to repair some interior walls and fixtures prior to listing. We listed and had many showings. During that time she helped when someone attempted to break in and destroyed the front door knob and randomly broke down all the front bushes. It was an odd situation. She did very good at advertising the home and finding a buyer. I would highly recommend her and I will be using her again in the future!

Ashley was so knowledgeable about the market and showing our home in the best light. She was an expert coach in our corner and helped guide us every step of the way. We always felt like we were in charge of making the decisions, but couldn’t have done it without her valuable insight.

Dealing with Ashley was a great experience. After the initial frustration of having few viewings (not Ashley's fault, we needed to lower the price a little), once we did so the viewings increased enormously. Ashley was always there with answers to all of our questions, and was consistently wonderful to deal with. The thing that did it for me in particular was the real joy that she was comfortable sharing with us when we received confirmation of being under contract. It's great to work with such a professional who has been as emotionally invested (from what I saw) as Ashley has been with us throughout our selling experience. For anyone looking for an honest, upfront, helpful, approachable agent, Ashley is wonderful.
