Working with Johanna was a joy. Her knowledge of the areas we were looking into was invaluable. We always felt she had our best interest in mind. She was very responsive to calls or texts. If she didn’t know the answer to a question (seldom), she would get back with us in such a timely manner. Her patience with the process of selling our their homes was remarkable. We had two contracts that fell through on one house. There were a lot of ups and downs and she just stayed so positive even when we thought the house would never sell. I can’t say enough to recommend Johanna.
