Angela is an excellent real estate agent. She was was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was knowledgeable about determining the asking price for our house in a unpredictable market. She did an excellent job marketing our house and she was instrumental in closing the final agreement with the buyer. You could not ask for a better agent. I would definitely recommend Angela to family and friends.

Angela is an amazing realtor. She assisted with the purchase of a new home after seeing more than I can count. She was patient, thorough, and best of all understood that this is a major purchase and didn’t rush or pressure the close of a sale. Ms. Angela DeMattia deserves to have 10 stars each and not just 5. She is truly a seasoned professional and exceptional realtor who handled a difficult estate sale with acumen. As Personal Representative for my aunt’s estate this was my first time working with a realtor and I had no knowledge of the local market. Ms. DeMattia designed a successful strategy to sell the house quickly and patiently explained each step. She was always available when I had questions. Her extensive knowledge, attention to detail and understanding of the local real estate market and procedures made this stress free. When I thought blockages popped up, she explained the best way to proceed and was right 100% of the time. Her experience working with both sellers and buyers proved to be invaluable. Most importantly, Ms. DeMattia always had the best interests of the estate in mind. I am grateful to have worked with her on this sale. As Personal Representative on my father’s estate, I have asked her to be the realtor on the sale of his house, as well.

If I had to sum up my experience with Angela in one word it would be Excellence! Her knowledge and expertise are second to none and her willingness to work diligently on your behalf before, during, and after the home buying process is unequaled. My overall experience can be equated to a Roman emperor returning victoriously back to Rome on his chariot as the crowds clamber for a mere glimpse of their savior.

Angela was great. She was very nice and super knowledgeable. She was able to meet and exceed all of our needs. She helped make the process easy and really represented for us when it came to negotiations. She was able to explain many of the processes in plain English and was always responsive. I would recommended her to my friends and family for sure. She helped us get the new home we wanted!!

She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She is responsible; worked in an efficient way and always send me emails and messages to make sure I didn't miss the information which need action to be taken; she recommended a local repair company; the guy is really professional and experienced; he replaced the smoke detector quickly and the price is reasonable; Angela is great.
