Angela is an excellent real estate agent. She was was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was knowledgeable about determining the asking price for our house in a unpredictable market. She did an excellent job marketing our house and she was instrumental in closing the final agreement with the buyer. You could not ask for a better agent. Angela was great. She was very nice and super knowledgeable. She was able to meet and exceed all of our needs. She is responsible; worked in an efficient way and always send me emails and messages to make sure I didn't miss the information which need action to be taken; she recommended a local repair company; the guy is really professional and experienced; he replaced the smoke detector quickly and the price is reasonable; Angela is great.

Angela was an amazing realtor, she was professional and gave me several methodical tips while visiting my home to get it ready for the market. Angela was able to get professional pictures, 3D house scans, and include my listing into ads for more visibility. My house was on the market for 4 days before getting bid up 30K past asking price!!! Definitely a crazy and unusual market at the moment but I attribute all the visibility and good reviews from visiting buyers that didn't even bid to Angela's recommendations. Best advice I can give if you choose Angela is to DO WHAT SHE TELLS YOU!!! She's been selling homes far longer than you have (likely), so suck it up and listen.
