I had a very short turn around time to sell my house and relocate. Based on the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Angela to see if she met my criteria. I signed with her when we met in person. She fit perfectly into what I was seeking in a realtor. I am not a fan of sales pitches that include being told what I want to hear on order to obtain my business. Angela will be tactful, but she will tell you what you need to hear in order to successfully sell your home. I had most of my ducks in a row, but her recommendations put it over the top. In fact, I closed on within a month of listing the house. With that said, Angela was also there to guide me through the process, and made herself available for any questions or concerns. In fact, I'm pretty sure she was more responsive than my own family (for the record, they actually like me). She will make you feel like you are her only client. When buying or selling a home, that's how you should feel like you're being treated.
