We were very picky about the home we wanted to buy. Andrew was very patient with us as we looked at what must have been a hundred properties. When we found the property we wanted to buy, Andrew counseled us well and we were able to get a great deal on a brand new home we love. When it came time to sell our condo, Andrew was there every step of the way. He talked us off of a ledge when we were ready to give up on a difficult sale and we managed to close the sale at a good price despite the turning real estate market. Finally, Andrew has a ton of contacts in the industry to help make the purchase/sale go by smoothly. Andrew suggested that we check with a lender we had never heard of and we were able to get an amazing rate despite the rising interest rates. Although we are in our “forever home” now, if we are ever in the market for another property, we would not hesitate to work with Andrew again.

Andrew McKinney is an incredible asset to have on your side. We started looking for a home in the Boston area in May 2020 at the height of the COVID boom. He was impeccably responsive to phone calls, emails, and texts at almost any hour. He never once pressured us into a decision, however small or big. Simply put, he is a brilliant and rare fiduciary that provided spot-on advice and insight. In addition, he has a wealth of contacts and knows real property law having practiced as an attorney. We think it is safe to say that in the Boston area, you could not find a better realtor, and he is worth his weight in gold. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
