We were very picky about the home we wanted to buy. Andrew was very patient with us as we looked at what must have been a hundred properties. When we found the property we wanted to buy, Andrew counseled us well and we were able to get a great deal on a brand new home we love. When it came time to sell our condo, Andrew was there every step of the way. He talked us off of a ledge when we were ready to give up on a difficult sale and we managed to close the sale at a good price despite the turning real estate market. Finally, Andrew has a ton of contacts in the industry to help make the purchase/sale go by smoothly. Andrew suggested that we check with a lender we had never heard of and we were able to get an amazing rate despite the rising interest rates. As far as I am concerned, Andrew is overqualified for this job. Between his MBA and JD, he is was well prepared to advise us when it came to presenting an offer and to manage the negotiation process. He actually recommended our house to us. I thought it was out of our price range but he explained that we could try putting in a low-bid offer that expired in 24 hours- and it worked!!! I couldn't recommend him more highly.
