I had the pleasure of working with Alfredo and his team on the purchase of my home. My case was somewhat complicated because we had to do all the transaction and closing by phone and email since I live in Canada. Alfredo negotiated with the seller until an agreement was reached in which all parties were happy. His entire work team was always aware of any missing document , signature, etc that was needed. If you are looking for someone you can trust and who is really interested in what is best for you, Alfredo and his team is what I recommend. I would work with them again without thinking Twice.
