Alex is on top of it. He is extremely communicative and available for when you need him. Very professional with a great attitude and takes his profession seriously. Alex did multiple tours with potential renters of my house at all different hours of the day adjusting his schedule constantly. He definitely took off tons of stress off my mind not having to worry about paperwork, tours and doing interviews when I been very busy lately.

Alex was very patient and provided candid advice when we looked at homes. He helped us 10 yrs ago on our first home purchase and remembered how easy he made the process for us. On our 2nd home purchase, we looked at over 21 homes and put in 3 offers. The first two didn’t get approved and he worked with us on a different strategy and encouraged us not to give up. We ended up finding the perfect 2nd home. He also made it simple through the loan, inspection and escrow process. He is always available and personable!! We will work with him again!
