She finds out exactly what the seller is looking for and customizes every offer. We were able to buy a fixer-upper home that had 20 other offers on it--including cash offers--thanks to Candice. And after closing she continued to go above and beyond helping us find contractors to remodel so we could move in as soon as possible. She is a gem.
