Monae was such a great Real Estate Agent! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just an over all great person! I would highly recommend Monae. After putting in an offer and getting out bid she stayed on top of things and when the other buyers changed their mind on the listing we wanted she followed-up and worked with the sellers and the listing agent to let us send another offer. Long story short we used the VA loan and closed in less than 30 days on the place we wanted more than anything!!! I so appreciate her and the whole process was so pleasant from start to finish.
