Russell went above and beyond. The apartment needed a complete remodel. He found two very honest and reliable people who did a fantastic job. This was of course stressful but Russell has a calm way about him and guided me through this. He quickly re-listed the apartment and two days later we had another buyer with a better offer. This escrow closed without a hitch and both Russell and the escrow company he uses advised me of it’s progression until closing.
