We already knew Russell and Theresa run an animal sanctuary from their home, and that his real estate work helps support the animals in their care. Russell went above and beyond. The apartment needed a complete remodel. He found two very honest and reliable people who did a fantastic job. Russell was there to oversee the entire project from start to finish. He kept me informed along the way. Once put up for sale, the first buyer backed out with two days left until closing. This was of course stressful but Russell has a calm way about him and guided me through this. He quickly re-listed the apartment and two days later we had another buyer with a better offer. This escrow closed without a hitch and both Russell and the escrow company he uses advised me of it’s progression until closing. Russell is a top notch realtor, knowledgeable, very dependable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Russell is very knowledgeable regarding pricing, properties and how to make your property sell. We put our home on the market out of peak season and still managed to sell within the average time scale. We would highly recommend him. There is nothing this guy cannot pull out of a hat even at the twelfth hour! He actually sold us the same home we hired him to sell and stayed good friends.

Russell met all our needs getting our condo sold. He went over and beyond our expectations. These are trying times to sell or purchase a home & both can sometimes be complicated. Russell is amazing & extremely knowledgeable which helped get us through the sale. He has more patience than I could have asked for. Having 2 elderly dogs can be a challenge while keeping the home always on standby for a last minute viewing or a weekend open house. Russell has a FEW animals of his own therefore he gets it.
