This is the second time I have requested Scott to sell a property for me and he did the same outstanding job that he did the first time. He had knowledge of the area, great connections and communication skills. He always encouraged me to ask questions and was always prompt in answering. Scott was there every step of the way and was a strong advocate for me. He worked extremely hard negotiating the best deal. I would use his services again in a heartbeat.

Sam has extensive experience in selling real estate. He explained in detail and came up with a reasonable sales price and after we entered escrow, assisted in the numerous requests from the buyer, finding vendors, and making suggestions which made the whole process easier than expected.

Russell went above and beyond. The apartment needed a complete remodel. He found two very honest and reliable people who did a fantastic job. Russell was there to oversee the entire project from start to finish. He kept me informed along the way. Once put up for sale, the first buyer backed out with two days left until closing. This was of course stressful but Russell has a calm way about him and guided me through this. He quickly re-listed the apartment and two days later we had another buyer with a better offer. This escrow closed without a hitch and both Russell and the escrow company he uses advised me of it’s progression until closing. Russell is a top notch realtor, knowledgeable, very dependable and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor.

Russell is very knowledgeable regarding pricing, properties and how to make your property sell. We put our home on the market out of peak season and still managed to sell within the average time scale. We would highly recommend him.
