Stephen came highly recommended and went above and beyond expectations. With all the work that goes into buying a house, (financing/ pre inspection/ work with contractors) Stephen kept us informed and organized during the process, making it a breeze. He was never pushy on buying just any house as it genuinely felt like he wanted what was best for us and our needs. When it came to touring properties, Stephen impressed us right away with his knowledge of each home and how he envisioned each property could be improved with specific renovations. He also has a great team around him as we were fortunate to work with Robert as well. Lastly, there is no one we would have rather had negotiating on our behalf than Stephen and his team. What can we say... Amy is the best! Amy can do multiple things all at once. I don't know how she does it but my husband and I are just amazed of how she does her job. She helped us sold our condo and bought our new place as well. There were a lot of challenges in between but she pulled it through. And we are beyond grateful. And Brittany, her assistant is just as awesome. Definitely 5 stars for you Amy and your team.
