My wife and I used Agata as our realtor when moving to AZ from out of state. While still out of state, we had several discussions on the phone talking strategy to ensure the purchase process was efficient. She did a great job listening to our criteria and then setting up appointments based upon those discussions. When we flew into AZ, we were able to see all the properties which fit our list. Once we found the home we wanted, she was very aggressive in making the transaction work to our satisfaction. Just prior to closing, we found out the bank had made a mistake in the mortgage process which could have resulting in losing the home. But thanks to Agata, she got us into the home on a pre-possession and had it paid for by the lender because it was their error. I highly recommend Agata and would use her again.

Agata helped me get an offer right away on my home from an iBuyer. She helped negotiate around some problems and got the best price for my home. It was nice that I didn't have to do showings on my house as it was still occupied. She also helped with problems with the Solar Panels I had leased in getting them removed without penalty due to the new owner not working with the leasing company properly.
