Aaron was always quick to respond to any questions we had, and always ready to drive out to the newest listing on the market— even if it was an hour drive away. I loved how committed he is to his job. He always made it easy, and was very mindful of the schedule we had when touring homes. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

Buying a house is a very stressful process but Aaron is the perfect person to help you along. He made our experience a great one. He was constantly checking in to make sure everything was okay, he’d take late night texts/calls even for the most random questions. He was knowledgeable and helped us with anything and everything we might need especially when it came to negotiating and figuring out exactly what we wanted in a home. I appreciate the way Aaron was always upfront and honest. I’ve never met someone so happy and dedicated to their job. He really wants you to love the place you choose and is willing to take the time to help you find it. Each time we dragged him to a new place to look at he could instantly tell how I felt about it and why I felt that way. He treated us like he’d known us forever and that’s the type of person I want around. I can’t recommend him enough, he is great!

Aaron Sandoval was an amazing realtor to work with! He was kind and patient with all my particular quirks and isms. He took our family house hunting from Emmett to Boise. For 2 years we have been looking at vacant lots, new builds, as well as older homes trying to find the perfect fit for our family. He worked well with my husband and I and was great with our young kids as well. He built relationships with us all. And at closing he colored in dinosaurs coloring books with my kids. Aaron is a wonderful realtor and handled all the hard stuff making house buying minimal stress. If I had to buy a house again Aaron would be our realtor.

My husband and I bought our home in Idaho with Aaron as our agent. We were coming from out of state so we could only tour homes through video tours. Aaron worked with us every step of the way to find a home and went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly. A few months ago we decided it was time to leave Idaho so we reached out to Aaron again to help us sell our home. He walked through it, showing us things we should focus on tidying up before listing and connected us with service professionals that helped us get things taken care of. He was professional, kept us up-to-date at all times, and communicated showings to us well in advance. We were working on a tight moving schedule and he did everything he could to make sure we had service providers when we needed them and researched to make sure they gave us fair prices. We highly recommend Aaron whether you are buying or selling a home. It can be a stressful time whether you are buying or selling, but Aaron strives to make it as smooth a process as possible!
