When my husband and I were first looking at selling our house we had only been living in it for less than 2 years and we realized that we were up against some serious hurdles. The first agent we called was located in Mountain Home and after talking with her we thought we were going to use her but then she called me back and said she didn't think that we could sell and come out even (or with very little pay back). We called Aaron immediately as he had been 2nd on my list of agents that serviced our area. He also had our same concerns but he believed that we could get it done after reviewing the house and coming to see it in person. Throughout the entire process Aaron was there and even jumped in to help us when we were up against some roofing issues after the inspection and was able to find us a great and reliable handy man. We are thrilled to have sold our house and after all was said and done we came in at almost zero to the closing. It took a while but it was only with his help that we were able to do it.
