He worked on a holiday to discuss an offer to me and formulate and submit the counteroffer by the deadline. I was out of the country when we received the buyer's response to the inspection. Aaron went above and beyond by researching vendors and obtaining estimates so I could address the inspection items in the most cost-effective and timely way.
