Cheré was great from the start! We worked with her for a year and a half while we explored our options on the market. We ultimately chose a new build and we are glad we had Cheré on our side to represent us! We had quite a few bumps along the way which Cheré was able to negotiate with the builder to provide us with a $10,000 compensation for their shortcomings! Cheré is a very hardworking agent with a good wealth of knowledge in the many areas of home buying. Cheré is a great person and took special interest in helping us get to know the area as well. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

From thinking about listing my home with an agent to finally taking the plunge Pam always remained respectful and not pushy like other agents. Throughout the process she was knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding of my overall goal. No matter the time or how silly my questions were (at least to me) Pam always was quick to respond and put my mind at ease, I always felt like she had my back (and best interest in mind). In our journey to owning a new home, David has been a vital cog. Starting with house selection he has been very helpful at all stages of the construction. Particularly in Design selections, his insights were very useful for our decisions. He is very knowledgeable in what a home's basic necessities are and what constitutes extra expenditure. Then, when the contract for selling our home fell through right before closing she helped us navigate a loan to still buy our property. I've known Matt for about a year or so. We met through the Chamber. Although we had our challenges with my closing, Matt and his team were awesome to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure that things went smooth. Some last minute issues came up and I had to do a remote closing, but Matt made sure that my keys were waiting on me at my house when I got back. Coming in on the tail end of a sellers market, after a previous agent absolutely bungled our listing. A divorcing couple. A correcting market and a stressed out seller. I was surprised she didn’t decline the listing haha! Ours was a beautiful home but a difficult sell as it only appeals to a niche market. There were also things happening behind the scenes we didn’t know about until we were surprised with them-and there were multiple rude surprises along the way. Angelica never wavered, never lost her composure and was a tireless advocate. She knew exactly what to do and the best course of action for every stumbling block our chaotic buyer threw at us. She earned every penny of her commission and then some! She took a previously poorly marketed home and make it look like a million dollars. I will never hire another agent here in Florida. She is an absolute dynamo and I cannot say enough good things about her.
