Absolutely awesome! Laura is incredibly attentive. She consistently went above and beyond for almost a year to help us find the perfect property. Then, when the contract for selling our home fell through right before closing she helped us navigate a loan to still buy our property. She knows the ins and outs of real estate and we wouldn’t have our perfect lot to build without her. She even hooked us up with a fantastic builder. You won’t regret using Laura.

I've known Matt for about a year or so. We met through the Chamber. Although we had our challenges with my closing, Matt and his team were awesome to work with. They were extremely knowledgeable and bent over backwards to make sure that things went smooth. Some last minute issues came up and I had to do a remote closing, but Matt made sure that my keys were waiting on me at my house when I got back. Coming in on the tail end of a sellers market, after a previous agent absolutely bungled our listing. A divorcing couple. A correcting market and a stressed out seller. I was surprised she didn’t decline the listing haha! Ours was a beautiful home but a difficult sell as it only appeals to a niche market. There were also things happening behind the scenes we didn’t know about until we were surprised with them-and there were multiple rude surprises along the way. Angelica never wavered, never lost her composure and was a tireless advocate. She knew exactly what to do and the best course of action for every stumbling block our chaotic buyer threw at us. She earned every penny of her commission and then some! She took a previously poorly marketed home and make it look like a million dollars. I will never hire another agent here in Florida. She is an absolute dynamo and I cannot say enough good things about her. I was a definite pain in the butt of a seller and she just handled everything with the ease and calm that comes with being a very seasoned professional. She helped us gain an amazing profit and helped us sell a property that simply no longer served us. It’s simple. There is NO BETTER listing agent and I can’t wait to see her magic on the buy side!
