Alison was the most amazing partner to have supporting us through the purchase of our new construction home. She was incredibly caring and had our backs in every situation possible. She made sure she attended walks with us to help us identify any potential issues. She explained everything in an easy to understand way and made sure we were set up for success. When things got complicated, she would jump in and help tackle issues and get us resolution quickly. My wife and I met Laura through a Zillow listing. She was kind enough to show us a few homes and discuss options for a new construction home. After careful consideration, we decided to go forward with a new build. Laura was there every step of the way. She answered all questions and when she didn't have an immediate answer, she went above and beyond to seek an answer for us. Laura frequently checked in on the construction process and provided us with videos and pictures. She was also able to obtain a third party inspector and advocated for us since the builder was reluctant to allow a third party inspector. (we were told by the builder it was "not protocol") Laura was there for us when we needed her and was always looking out in our best interest. She even provided us with champagne and flutes on the day of our close! We were thankful to have Laura by our side.

I met Katelyn at a open house in my neighborhood just about when I was to throw in the towel. I am so glad we met, she asked a couple of questions and explained what she could offer as a broker. Within 48 hours I had numerous listings and a showing scheduled. She made herself available and offered a mortgage contact who got me the type of loan I needed when I found my home. Katelyn was not only knowledgeable but made the whole process easy and answered all my concerns. Her team of professionals were informative and above all honest. I purchased my home in late 2021 when inventory was low, multiple offers on a home was the norm and prices were increasing rapidly.
