Most impressed with ability to provide information and answers to any and all questions we had. Not only answering but you felt totally confident that the information was precise and accurate. Received listing from Ali and when we requested to view home responded with appointment immediately which gave us advantage to get ahead of other interested parties. Ali immediately got answers to our questions so we could make a decision. A+ rating for professionalism because always was available to follow up with anything we needed during the stress of a house purchase. Advice when we requested and needed her knowledge. We did not have to wait for guidance. Prompt responses are so important /critical with the biggest purchase of a person’s life. Even if had to walk through house several times she arranged immediately.

Cheré was great from the start! We worked with her for a year and a half while we explored our options on the market. We ultimately chose a new build and we are glad we had Cheré on our side to represent us! We had quite a few bumps along the way which Cheré was able to negotiate with the builder to provide us with a $10,000 compensation for their shortcomings! Cheré is a very hardworking agent with a good wealth of knowledge in the many areas of home buying. Cheré is a great person and took special interest in helping us get to know the area as well. I would recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a home.

From thinking about listing my home with an agent to finally taking the plunge Pam always remained respectful and not pushy like other agents. Throughout the process she was knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding of my overall goal. No matter the time or how silly my questions were (at least to me) Pam always was quick to respond and put my mind at ease, I always felt like she had my back (and best interest in mind). I highly recommend Pam to family & friends as well as people I don't knw who want an agent that not only listens to your wants and needs but does her best to make things happen.

In our journey to owning a new home, David has been a vital cog. Starting with house selection he has been very helpful at all stages of the construction. Particularly in Design selections, his insights were very useful for our decisions. He is very knowledgeable in what a home's basic necessities are and what constitutes extra expenditure. We always gave weightage to his perspective and in hindsight we are happy that we trusted his opinions. Also would like to mention that he is warm, friendly and always willing to help. Absolutely awesome! Laura is incredibly attentive. She consistently went above and beyond for almost a year to help us find the perfect property. Then, when the contract for selling our home fell through right before closing she helped us navigate a loan to still buy our property. She knows the ins and outs of real estate and we wouldn’t have our perfect lot to build without her. She even hooked us up with a fantastic builder. You won’t regret using Laura.
