From thinking about listing my home with an agent to finally taking the plunge Pam always remained respectful and not pushy like other agents. Throughout the process she was knowledgeable, compassionate and understanding of my overall goal. No matter the time or how silly my questions were (at least to me) Pam always was quick to respond and put my mind at ease, I always felt like she had my back (and best interest in mind). Pam Howell is an incredibly dedicated person and that is evident even before she can begin to work her magic. As a parent, I truly appreciated working with someone who was in the same boat and absolutely excelled at juggling rapid responses while being an avid caretaker. This grand ethic is reflected in her work, with no question left unanswered or avenue unexplored, you will be completely taken care of. This was my first time purchasing a home, which of course came with the nerves of diving into a massive investment, or at least it should have. It was honestly was one of the more simple experiences of my life, whereas I thought it'd be taxing and teeth-grindingly stressful as everyone would lead you to believe. Of course that's my perspective; Pam carried our home-buying experience like Atlas did the heavens.
