Cheré was great from the start! We worked with her for a year and a half while we explored our options on the market. We ultimately chose a new build and we are glad we had Cheré on our side to represent us! We had quite a few bumps along the way which Cheré was able to negotiate with the builder to provide us with a $10,000 compensation for their shortcomings!
