When my husband and I embarked on our journey to purchase our very first home, we could never imagine it would be such a long and at some points challenging process. When we met David Wilson(The Perfect Agent) we had already been looking for our home For 10 months. We met David when we went to view a house which David was showing, We were only in town for a week and we needed help to find a home in a timely manner. David was ready and willing, To our pleasant surprise David contacted us the next day and had four homes lined up for us to look at. The next day David took us out to Ocala where we ended up finding our home. In three days David brought a 10 months search to an end. In September 2021 we went under contract, Building a new home during a pandemic had quite some challenges, But we could tell from the very beginning David had our best interest at heart from finding us a private home inspector so that we can make sure from pre-drywall to finish, the house was done up to standard and code, to always being available through all the ups and downs of building a new home In a pandemic. We had several delays due to our builder, and David always went to bat for us to make us a priority to our builders. David being very knowledgeable about the complete real estate process really helped us and work to our advantage. While we were in New York David would keep up-to-date on what was going on with our house and quickly informed us of any delays or changes. David was a game changer for us, before David we had two other real estate agent and they didn’t come close to David. David's knowledge of the real estate industry, and his ability to make us a priority, his willingness to go to bat for us and to help us when challenges arise and also being supportive when the process was not going quite the way we thought it should go; made David feel like a trusted friend who always had your back rather than just a realtor. The housing market the last few months has been crazy. We began our looking for a home in February. Our first contact with Angelica was great. She listened to all our wishes and looked at our budget and began narrowing down houses for us. When we wanted to look at a house, Angelica would advise if it would work for us or not. Angelica was very knowledgeable about the area, if a house would sell above asking or possibly not meet appraisal. It was very difficult to find a house my husband and I both liked and in the right location. We had made a couple offers on houses we liked, but we kept losing out. We finally found this home and with the advice Angelica gave us, we finally went under contract. Angelica was great on keeping us updated on everything and she was so supportive. She has a First Responder/Veterans program in which she donates her own money towards closing costs, which is so very generous. Besides that, she was there all the way through closing and beyond. She has continued to reach out to offer assistance with anything we need. I would highly recommend Angelica as a realtor.
