Angelica is not only an great realtor but an amazing person that truly cares about others. Very professional. She went above and beyond to accomplish my goal of being a homeowner. Let me tell you it was not an easy journey but she was consistent & on top of everything 24/7. I'm proud to refer her to any of my friends and family members because I know she will get the job done no matter what. Thank you so much for all of the support you have provided me and my family!

My experience with David was so awesome. He was so informative and helpful especially with me not being in the same state as my purchase. He made sure I was comfortable with everything , he was always accessible and it didn’t matter the time of the day it was . He also was very good at answering all my question or fulfill my needs within in a timely fashion.

My wife and I met Laura through a Zillow listing. She was kind enough to show us a few homes and discuss options for a new construction home. After careful consideration, we decided to go forward with a new build. Laura was there every step of the way. She answered all questions and when she didn't have an immediate answer, she went above and beyond to seek an answer for us. Laura frequently checked in on the construction process and provided us with videos and pictures. She was also able to obtain a third party inspector and advocated for us since the builder was reluctant to allow a third party inspector. (we were told by the builder it was "not protocol") Laura was there for us when we needed her and was always looking out in our best interest. She even provided us with champagne and flutes on the day of our close! We were thankful to have Laura by our side.

I met Katelyn at a open house in my neighborhood just about when I was to throw in the towel. I am so glad we met, she asked a couple of questions and explained what she could offer as a broker. Within 48 hours I had numerous listings and a showing scheduled. She made herself available and offered a mortgage contact who got me the type of loan I needed when I found my home. Katelyn was not only knowledgeable but made the whole process easy and answered all my concerns. Her team of professionals were informative and above all honest. I purchased my home in late 2021 when inventory was low, multiple offers on a home was the norm and prices were increasing rapidly. Thank you Katelyn for making my dream of becoming a homeowner a reality!

Allie was amazing every single step of the way in the selling process. She knew exactly how to guide us, explained everything in detail, prepped us prior to listing of best and worse case scenarios, and was patient with all of our many MANY questions. She stayed ok top of everything and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. She knew the questions to ask and gray areas to iron out. But most of all, she LISTENED to us. She heard our concerns, understood what was important to us, and stood up for us in the ring to make sure we were well represented. We lucked out with an awesome situation and are so thankful we had her little voice nudging us in the right direction. At the end of the day, we trusted her and what she thought was right because we could tell she really cared. It helps that what she makes from the transaction goes to such an amazing cause caring for the sweetest animals in need of love, care, and a safe and welcoming home. She is genuinely a good- no...AMAZING person and we are so thankful for her!

Kate was the breath of fresh air that we needed during this time of craziness! She was extremely knowledgeable and invested in finding us our first home. Being a first time home buyer, Kate made sure to walk me through every step of the process, and knew what to look out for. I cannot recommend her enough! Thank you Kate!!

Alison was the best realtor I have had the pleasure of working with. Besides the awesome fact that she donates her profits to her horse rescue, She is enthusiastic, understanding, patient and hard working. She showed us many houses and narrowed to our needs. She helped me with all my questions and was in depth on the process. The best thing is her proceeds go to helping the horses at her horse rescue. I am so happy to have met her and had her as my realtor. We would highly recommend.

When my husband and I embarked on our journey to purchase our very first home, we could never imagine it would be such a long and at some points challenging process. When we met David Wilson(The Perfect Agent) we had already been looking for our home For 10 months. We met David when we went to view a house which David was showing, We were only in town for a week and we needed help to find a home in a timely manner. David was ready and willing, To our pleasant surprise David contacted us the next day and had four homes lined up for us to look at. The next day David took us out to Ocala where we ended up finding our home. In three days David brought a 10 months search to an end. In September 2021 we went under contract, Building a new home during a pandemic had quite some challenges, But we could tell from the very beginning David had our best interest at heart from finding us a private home inspector so that we can make sure from pre-drywall to finish, the house was done up to standard and code, to always being available through all the ups and downs of building a new home In a pandemic. We had several delays due to our builder, and David always went to bat for us to make us a priority to our builders. David being very knowledgeable about the complete real estate process really helped us and work to our advantage. While we were in New York David would keep up-to-date on what was going on with our house and quickly informed us of any delays or changes. David was a game changer for us, before David we had two other real estate agent and they didn’t come close to David. David's knowledge of the real estate industry, and his ability to make us a priority, his willingness to go to bat for us and to help us when challenges arise and also being supportive when the process was not going quite the way we thought it should go; made David feel like a trusted friend who always had your back rather than just a realtor. When purchasing a home that’s exactly what you need

The housing market the last few months has been crazy. We began our looking for a home in February. Our first contact with Angelica was great. She listened to all our wishes and looked at our budget and began narrowing down houses for us. When we wanted to look at a house, Angelica would advise if it would work for us or not. Angelica was very knowledgeable about the area, if a house would sell above asking or possibly not meet appraisal. It was very difficult to find a house my husband and I both liked and in the right location. We had made a couple offers on houses we liked, but we kept losing out. We finally found this home and with the advice Angelica gave us, we finally went under contract. Angelica was great on keeping us updated on everything and she was so supportive. She has a First Responder/Veterans program in which she donates her own money towards closing costs, which is so very generous. Besides that, she was there all the way through closing and beyond. She has continued to reach out to offer assistance with anything we need. I would highly recommend Angelica as a realtor.

Matt sponsored a two-day open house which attracted a lot of people. I went to the beach instead. At 6:00 p.m. Matt called me while I was still at Cocoa Beach. He had 4 contracts in hand. We picked the best, signed the contract several days later and closed a couple of weeks later. Why deal with the rest when Matt's the best! THANK YOU MATT!
