Great communication with an understanding of our specific needs
Kathleen took the time to arrange numerous online video calls with us and was extremely helpful and patient when we needed further explanations. She explained how to price our property realistically and how to compare with other locations. She did far more than sell our property. She reassured us along the way and showed us what we needed to do in order to maximise its potential. She confidently dealt with any hiccups along the way and had a solution for every problem! She knew so many builders and contractors that when any additional assistance was required she knew exactly who to call. Kathleen has a lovely personality with warmth and loads of humour. Although our property has been sold and is gone, we have found a new friend in Kathleen and we will be forever grateful for all her support and help over what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience.

Knew Her Stuff & Took Care of All the Details
Kathleen was incredible to work with when purchasing a new condo for my dad who was migrating from Connecticutt. Due to health concerns and a need to be near family. When providing our criteria, she immediately set up a search and we had a showing scheduled the next day. She helped with all the details we needed to be concerned with, helped us navigate the inspection and title company, and explained and printed all the needed docs. She was available for communication whenever we reached out! We couldn't have been happier with the process. My dad is all settled now in a great new home, where the community takes care of all the building and exterior needs. What a blessing!
