I enjoyed working with Tammy, her positive attitude, compassion and problem solving was key to my sale as there were many challenges. She was very responsive, I found it very easy to reach her, when I called or text she would answer or respond within a few hours at the most. Tammy was very helpful stopping by the property when needed as well as sharing information unprompted. Since she grew up in the area she was able to provide detailed information of the surrounding areas for comps, schools districts and parks. I would recommend using Tammy as your realtor, you are in good hands.

The sale of our property became hell because of where the buyer went for financing (Northpoint Mortgage). Throughout the delays and extensions, Tammy kept us informed and communicated with the loan company to push this along. It may have never happened without her persistence and knowledge. We worked with her before and would definitely work with her again on any real estate needs we may have.

Our family has used Myrna as our real estate agent for two of our dad’s houses in the last 3 years. We all live out of state including dad and both sales could not have been smoother nor easier. Myrna took all the stress out of the procedure. We never even had to travel to Florida to do a thing! In our opinion Myrna is humble, professional and displays incredible integrity! Dad was a bit suborn in the beginning and would not move off of full asking price and Myrna embraced his decision and backed him up. It payed off, she ended up selling it for more than asking price! The paper work was all done electronically and Myrna calmly walked us through every process as if she were a tour guide and Disney World! The Roy family are huge fans of Myrna and would not blink an eye to refer her to use as your real estate agent! I hope one day I have the opportunity to meet her in person.

Marsha was very responsive to my initial request to list my mother's property in Bradenton. She brought comps to our meeting, acknowledged the condition of the property and justified her recommended listing. After seeking input from another agent, with a vastly different perspective on list price, I still went with Marsha as I felt more comfortable with her. She listened to my concerns about the suggested listing price and we listed it where I felt comfortable. We didn't know Myrna personally when we asked her to give us an opinion of value for our home in Ellenton, FL February 2024. However, we soon learned of her expertise about our home as well as the current market in our area. Resulting in listing with her to sell. The effort put into marketing the house with professional photography as well as the written details of the listing resulted in immediate showings and 2 offers the second of which closed April 12th. 2024 ahead of the original closing date. Throughout the process of marketing our home Myrna kept us up to date on every showing and walked us through the offers as they came.
