The sale of our property became hell because of where the buyer went for financing (Northpoint Mortgage). Throughout the delays and extensions, Tammy kept us informed and communicated with the loan company to push this along. It may have never happened without her persistence and knowledge. We worked with her before and would definitely work with her again on any real estate needs we may have.
