We didn't know Myrna personally when we asked her to give us an opinion of value for our home in Ellenton, FL February 2024. However, we soon learned of her expertise about our home as well as the current market in our area. Resulting in listing with her to sell. The effort put into marketing the house with professional photography as well as the written details of the listing resulted in immediate showings and 2 offers the second of which closed April 12th. 2024 ahead of the original closing date. Throughout the process of marketing our home Myrna kept us up to date on every showing and walked us through the offers as they came. Myrna is a fine Christian lady who doesn't just wear her religion on her sleeve she lives it. How refreshing for us to work with a lady who has integrity and honesty. Thank you, Myrna.
