Cindy rallied a team of subcontractors for whatever was needed to fix extensive property damages. She stuck with it for a year until it was ready to sell. Cindy was the listing agent for the property we found on Zillow. Contacted her by phone (it's an old people thing) and after several lengthy conversations felt comfortable knowing she will do right by us. This was very critical since we are in New York...and the house is not. Real Estate transactions are done very differently in Florida and Cindy held our hand through the entire process via email, text, phone. She went above and beyond by assisting us in procuring insurance, meeting with roof inspector, etc. etc. Thank you, Cindy.
