We met Marsha a few years ago in the search for a winter rental property. She was incredibly helpful and we always knew that we would definitely retain her as our agent should we decide to purchase in Florida. This past winter we embarked on a serious search for a winter home and having Marsha as our agent was the best decision we ever made. She is professional without being pushy; she very quickly understood my style and would seek out properties that match my aesthetic.
