Myrna Ryan was a true professional and a great asset to the sale of our house. She came on board just after my mother died and was thorough and compassionate e at the same time. We live in Boston and though it would seem like that would be an obstacle to smooth communication to Florida- it was anything but. Though the market is slow, Myrna kept the faith, priced the house appropriately and was able to close the deal when a buyer showed interest. Using Marsha as a realtor was the best choice by far I have made in purchasing my home. Whoever you may choose as a realtor if it’s not Marsha, you aren’t getting the absolute best there is. She is well orientated with the Bradenton/Sarasota area and is exceedingly well connected with local services (like contractors, electricians, inspectors, lenders, movers, etc) to get you the best service possible. I cannot recommend Mrs.Winegarden enough as over the past several weeks she’s made this experience of home purchasing easy as I’ve ever seen.
