Kyle was very conscious in all aspects of the selling of our home. He viewed the property and recommended what needed to be done to showcase the property. He worded the listing to get maximum exposure. He took pictures and made a video of the house that was very attractive. Net result; we had the first offer within 4 hours of listing and 2 more within 24 hours. The house ended up selling for more than what we originally intended to get. From the very beginning (we found his group online and were living in Dallas), Kyle was attentive and narrowed our online search to what we needed.
