About Kyle

After growing up in Chicago’s west suburbs, Kyle studied public relations at Bradley University, where he obtained an advanced internship in guest relations with The Walt Disney Company. Kyle quickly fell in love with Orlando and relocated to Central Florida, making his mark at Walt Disney World while earning positions as a Magic Kingdom tour guide, operations assistant for the park’s vice president, and as a VIP host for celebrities and visiting dignitaries. Through Disney’s extensive training regimen and Kyle’s hands-on experiences in these unique roles, he developed the high standards of personalized service and attention to detail for which he is known. A chance encounter with the former CEO of Lord & Taylor and chairman of the board of Ann Taylor resulted in Kyle being recruited to Greenwich, Connecticut, where he worked as the executive administrator for a private investment firm. With a daily routine that encouraged bringing the “Disney touch” to high level executives around New York city, he further engaged his talent for delivering remarkable client experiences. Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in 2005, prompting Kyle and his wife, Shalea, to relocate to Louisiana and help her parents rebuild their affected company. Once it was safely up and running, Shalea and Kyle used their acumen to assist with the expansion of the family’s wedding business into the premier venue in New Orleans and a destination for weddings throughout the region. After seven successful years of growth, and spurred by his own experiences in the field, Kyle sought a new challenge with no ceiling: real estate. With their two young sons in tow, Shalea and Kyle moved back to Orlando, where they founded their real estate business with Kyle’s brother. The three of them began a journey with a fresh perspective on the industry, believing that at its heart, real estate is essentially a “people business.” They pledged to focus on customers’ happiness, putting their clients first, rather than on traditional sales techniques. Kyle has been an Orlando real estate agent since 2013. In addition to being Gold Key Certified for Excellence in Professionalism by the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association, he has consistently performed in the top 1% of real estate agents in the Orlando area and has been recognized as a Top 100 Agent by Orlando Real Producers Magazine. We had made the decision to pull up roots and move to Florida. Kyle was referred to us by family members who had previous experiences buying and selling homes thru out the Central Florida area. Kyle was always ready and willing show us properties, and accommodated our limited schedule. He was very informative about what to look for when purchasing a home in Florida, Age of roof. water heater, air conditioning, flood zone ratings and was able to explain the impact those items would have on the cost of homeowners insurance. We truly appreciated his input and guidance throughout the home buying process. Kyle is the best and made our decision to move across the country, a comfortable, stress free experience. Kyle even met with the inspectors once the offer was accepted which saved us having to fly back to handle the closing. We whole heartedly recommend Kyle as an honest dedicated Realtor

Excellent communication, professionalism and work ethics

From the first meeting with his plans and making it a personalized engagement the process was off to a great start. There was never any pressure to sign with him and his agency. Once signed everything that was promised and more was accomplished by he and his great team. They all were great with communication and if they did not have a specific answer they would get back with one immediately. We put our full trust in their process and it all paid off at the end. There was never a time of regret choosing Kyle and his team especially in this crazy housing market.

Kyle in my eyes is not just a realtor, he is a co captain guiding you to your final destination. I met Kyle 3 years ago when my wife and I first moved to Florida. Since then, he has always been pleasant, knowledge and patient. Kyle is a person who is just naturally nice and has a plethora of real estate knowledge. He made this process extremely easy and would only go through this process again with Kyle by our sides.
