Kyle is very knowledgeable about the market, the local areas we were looking in, and the process. I interviewed Kyle as he had sold several other homes in our neighborhood. He is very low-pressure, gave us information, looked at our home, and waited until we were ready to put it on the market. His wife helped us with staging the home and provided small touches that made it look like a model home. Kyle was always prompt to reply, no matter what time of day I reached out with questions. We had hoped to put our home on the market at a higher price, but Kyle patiently provided detailed fact-based comps that helped us decide on a reasonable price. His outstanding marketing of our home, including a video, website, and amazing photos, helped our home stand out, and it was sold at the second showing and above the asking price. When the home appraisal came in low, he worked with the buyer's agent, and when the appraiser reconsidered (which is extremely rare), it appraised at the above asking price. A testament to his knowledge and ability to work with everyone in the selling process. We actually questioned why the buyer's agent was earning more commission than he was, and he once again provided many facts supporting that the buyer's agent had done a great job and provided us with an outstanding offer. Our selling process was so smooth, with his team providing weekly updates and reminders to keep the process on track. I give Kyle and his team the highest recommendation!
