Not only does he help to explain every facet of the process but he is also extremely pleasant to deal with. Kyle helped us navigate through a quick sale at top dollar with high end photography, personalized service for staging, and by hosting high end open houses. With his help and guidance we were able to get 3 offers within our first weekend, resulting in a fast sale with competitive offers. He consistently checked in with us throughout the process and provided an online portal to track key dates throughout the sale. Without him its likely our house sale might have fallen through, but he was able to work with lenders and closing agencies to ensure all parties were communicating and working through issues. I cant say enough about how well we were treated and the level of detail Kyle and his team provides.
