We met with Kyle and the Madorin Group following a recommendation from a friend and it was easily the best choice we could have made. From the moment we met Kyle he was kind and respectful and understanding. He made us feel like more than just clients but friends that he truly wanted the best for. He provided us with a summary of the process and then proceeded to walk us through the home buying process as we looked at more and more homes before finally placing our first offer. We found the home we were looking for and Kyle continued to be a center piece through contract and closing process. I wish I could give Kyle a 10 star rating. Our experience selling our house with his team really did exceed our expectations. From the moment we met Kyle and he explained his techniques to sell our property, we knew he was at a different level. From customer service, quick response, to marketing strategies, everything they do is at the top of the top. He always explained everything in detail and most importantly gave us realistic expectations, he did not try to tell us what we wanted to hear just for the sake of getting us to list our property with him. Our property was priced just right (as evidenced by the appraisal we later got) and sold fast for the highest possible price. We were first introduced to the Madorin Group by a family member when we relocated from NC to FL. Kevin, Kyle & Shalea were all very helpful in finding a home we loved! We kept in touch through the years and became friends with their families. We recently relocated back to NC. It was a bit overwhelming for me because my husband was already back in NC working while I had to get the house ready to sell and get it on the market. When searching for a real estate agent to take care of marketing our vacation home in Florida, we certainly struck lucky with Kyle Madorin and The Madorin Group.
