I was fortunate to be referred to Kyle Madorin by a friend as I was purchasing in a market that was relatively new to me. My wife and I could not be happier with this referral.
Kyle provided us what felt like a concierge-level experience for what was a relatively small transaction. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, he had spent time working for Disney in the VIP program, and he brought the same exceedingly high level of customer service to our condo shopping that I am sure he provided to celebrities and others when crafting high-end, personalized VIP guest experiences at Disney.
Kyle also sets a new standard when it comes to ethical professionalism. We were initially under contract on a unit we were intending to purchase sight unseen based upon the listing agent's photos. I could not personally attend the inspection, so Kyle offered to go in my place and also take additional photos/videos for us to review. What he found was that the photos on the listing were likely from several years ago and did not accurately portray the current status of the unit (in fact, some of the photos were likely stock photos from similar but entirely different units within the complex given the location of light switches and outlets). As such, we cancelled the contract, and Kyle found us an even more desirable unit that we then purchased. But Kyle was willing to voluntarily walk away from the guaranteed commission of a ratified contract two weeks from closing to ensure that my wife and I were not only satisfied, but that we had secured the best unit available for the best price possible. I will always remember that.
