When we knew we were going to put our home on the market for sale, the most important decision we would make is who we chose are our realtor. We met with several of the "top" rated realtors in the area, and while all were good, both my husband and I knew as soon as we met with Kyle that he and the Madorin Group were the ones for us. Kyle made several promises at the initial meeting. Promising to always answer our calls, texts, or emails as soon as possible. He promised he would make sure that our house was priced right so it would sell quickly, but we would get everything out of it that we could. He talked about priding himself about being personable, and making that the difference between him and other realtors. I can say with 100% honesty and Kyle fulfilled every promise he made to us. He was available to us at all times, even for small, less meaningful questions. He advised us on pricing our home, and it was under contract within 2 days. He was open and honest during all negotiations, always having our back and making sure we got what we needed. Amazing! My husband and I were extremely impressed with Kyle. He was referred to us by a close friend and we were not disappointed. We are first time homebuyers and didn’t know what to expect. When we first met Kyle we listed all of our requirements for our new home and specific areas we wanted to live in. Shortly after he gave us a list of available properties and arranged viewings. With each property we had a few questions and he would promptly reach out to the sellers and advise us of the results. Within a few weeks Kyle found us the prefect property. He guided us through the home inspection and mortgage process and was always there to Answer our questions regardless of the time. From start to closing he was exceptional. We would highly recommend. As a first time home buyers, the process of searching for a home was daunting. We were expecting a long process with headaches and lots of uncertainty. We met with Kyle and the Madorin Group following a recommendation from a friend and it was easily the best choice we could have made. From the moment we met Kyle he was kind and respectful and understanding. He made us feel like more than just clients but friends that he truly wanted the best for.
