I was fortunate to be referred to Kyle Madorin by a friend as I was purchasing in a market that was relatively new to me. My wife and I could not be happier with this referral. But Kyle was willing to voluntarily walk away from the guaranteed commission of a ratified contract two weeks from closing to ensure that my wife and I were not only satisfied, but that we had secured the best unit available for the best price possible.
