As soon as we prepped the house, Kyle arranged for a photographer followed by an agent viewing. As it turned out, our house was only on the market for one day! One the contract was negotiated and signed, Kyle communicated effectively and efficiently throughout th process up to the day of closing with relevant and timely updates on the buyer's inspection, appraisal, loan approval, and final walk through.
