Mr. Madorin exceeded expectations in every way starting from our first conversation from his professionalism to how he prepared for each house he showed us all the way to signing the documents for our new house. He was quick to respond even if he had already answered the same question 4 different times. The houses he recommended you could tell we scouted out well and not the traditional email blast of the number of bathrooms/bedrooms desired. He is truly one of the finest Real Estate Professionals out there. I don't expect to buy again anytime soon (as he helped us find our PERFECT HOME) but all of my friends are getting his info the moment they consider selling. As we sold our house we got full asking price and sold quickly even when Hurricane Irma interrupted the process I could not be happier.

We chose Kyle after evaluating other agents. Kyle had a good plan and sound advice on how to present and market our property. As soon as we prepped the house, Kyle arranged for a photographer followed by an agent viewing. As it turned out, our house was only on the market for one day! One the contract was negotiated and signed, Kyle communicated effectively and efficiently throughout th process up to the day of closing with relevant and timely updates on the buyer's inspection, appraisal, loan approval, and final walk through. Kyle is personable and knowledgeable of the local market and market trends. I high.y recommend him for your real estate transactions.
