Ever wonder what your superhero power is? Aja Shroll’s definitely has to be the power of healing. In November of 2016 she donated her left kidney to a friend who had been on dialysis for three years. Whenever anyone asks her why she did it, she pulls out her phone and shows them a picture of the recipients three handsome little boys. Now two years later, her kidney function is testing slightly better than what is was with two kidneys, and her recipient is doing just as well as she is! If that’s not some superhuman kidney healing power, then I don’t know what is!
Aja is a real estate expert with a proven track record for producing educated and happy clients. She realizes the purchase of your home is an emotional and sometimes stressful experience. Her goal is to listen to her clients unique needs, then use her vast knowledge of the local area to help find you the perfect community to call home. Since 2005 she’s guided numerous buyers and sellers through this milestone moment.
When Aja moved from Dallas to Prosper in 2015 she wondered how agents in Prosper and Celina were educated about the quickly growing area. In April 2017 Aja started the highly successful "Prosper/Celina Business Development Meeting" sponsored by the Collin County Association of Realtors.

Aja has her Bachelors of Science in Education from Texas Christian University. She is a multi-million dollar producer, on her company relocation team and recognized in her office as a top producer. Aja is from Southeast Kansas, but has called Texas home since childhood. She resides in Prosper with her husband, two boys, and two bulldogs; Marshall and Junie B.

Kevin was excellent! He was very personable, professional and knowledgeable. We lived out of town and were interested in buying a home in the DFW area. It was amazing having someone trustworthy assist in making one of the biggest purchases we’d ever make ….and do so remotely. What I appreciated most was his diligence in ensuring we had a smooth closing. We couldn’t be happier with our new home!
