I had the pleasure of having Will Harris on my team for the purchase of my home. I was relocating from across the country and looking to purchase a home. He spent several hours answering all of my questions and sharing his wealth of knowledge on the locale. Then I found a home I loved which had been in the market for less than 1 day. I flew to TX the following day. Within less than 48 hours he arranged for me to view that house among many other options in the area. He was incredibly efficient with setting this up. Once I placed an offer he was very happy to continue showing additional homes to be used as backups if that offer were not accepted. So the real estate market is not great right now and houses aren't selling merely because they are listed on MLS. You need an agent that knows digital marketing and how to actively market a property. After being on the market for 100 days with a well known realtor in the DFW area going absolutely no where, we realized she was so old school, she hadn't a clue how to use today's latest technology to sell a house. We fortunately were able to get out of that contract and found Talyn. She sprung into action and went from showing to close in 30 days without even being on MLS with a buyer that paid 100% of our asking price. That's not a fluke, that's solid performance. Don't get swayed by realtors who used to be good at selling houses in the old days when properties were getting multiple offers here in DFW. The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. Communication between the Agent and the Owner was Exceptional and also maintained Good Communication between the Opposing Agent and the Owner. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable. Glenda was on top of things, her Approach and style of Presenting the Property to the Public and the way she handled the entire Process was Extraordinary. It was a Great Experience working with Glenda and I would highly Recommend her to anyone who is Looking into selling their house and or buying a House.
