The Property was well marketed and a Great Effort in Preparing the Property for Showings. The Open Houses held were Marketed and the Agents who did the Open Houses put in a lot of effort in doing the showings. The House was Presented really well the Marketing of the House and the Effort that went into getting it sold was Remarkable.
