Once my Condo was ready for sale, he quickly sent over a professional photographer (they took beautiful photos) and within 48 hours after the pictures were taken, he listed my place. Within 4 days, I received multiple offers, and after accepting one, he diligently worked on making the close process as smooth as possible.
