Tamra was recommended to us by a family friend, and throughout our purchase, we were so glad we decided to ask for her help looking at houses! She had great advice about every facet of the home-buying process, and her expertise was clear to us in every interaction. Aside from being amazingly well versed in the profession and in the area, Tamra is friendly and helpful, with a bright personality that makes you excited about the process and takes the edge off of the inevitable stressful moments. And as for those, I can say that we had remarkably few of them, as Tamra is good at helping you anticipate what's coming up and avoid the pitfalls. Tamra's husband, Marc, has a lot of experience in construction and helped us out immensely when it came time to inspect the house, and he had some great recommendations for experts to come in and fix up those areas we wanted to work on after we closed. We were both first-time home buyers going into this search, and honestly, Marc and Tamra made us feel like we'd done this before. I can say with all honesty that we had fun buying our house, even in the midst of a busy time of the year for us (and even with 2020 being a pretty unusual year, too!), and I think a lot of that comes down to the amazing help we got from Tamra.
