Tiffany helped us find THE perfect starter home! She was thorough, knowledgable, and most importantly, patient as we hounded her with questions and concerns throughout what was a new and somewhat intimidating process for us. I could not recommend anyone more highly as we were made to feel like we were her only clients, and the house we landed has proven to be one of the best decisions we've ever made. 5 stars plus some.

Tiffany truly is as good as it gets! She was able to sell our unit in the Millennium Tower in San Francisco during the time of all the issues with it sinking and leaning. Tiffany had to work ten-times harder than any realtor, dealing with the building HOA, manager, our lawyers, etc. and answering a million questions we had along the way. She expertly communicated with us at every turn keeping us abreast of the complicated situation. She always got back to us promptly and with thorough answers. She stayed sweet even when it got stressful and we always felt like she had our back. She represented our unit in the most professional, honest and capable way imaginable. It was such a pleasure working with Tiffany. I can't think of any other realtor who would have gone to such lengths the way she did or would have had such success. Even the buyer loved her and is very happy in our unit. It was definitely a win/win and we're so grateful to Tiffany for representing our unit in the best possible way. Anyone would be VERY LUCKY to have her as your realtor, if you're buying or if you're selling....you will LOVE her!

This was my first time buying home, and Jennifer proved to be a fantastic partner in the process. She knew the various neighborhoods in Oakland in and out, knew what inventory was out there, knew which areas to recommend based on the types of homes I like, and she was extremely responsive. When the opportunity opened to extend an offer on my first choice property, she jumped on it to make sure we got ours in ASAP. She was also available to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire experience. Finally, she knew exactly what price to extend my offer at, and my offer was accepted quickly. If you're looking for a new home in Oakland, I'd definitely recommend Jennifer - I'd work with her again in a heartbeat!

3 times is a CHARM.... I first met Raquel as property manager and was fortunate she chose to rent the house to my family. Since she has been our realtor on the buying and selling side. Seamless transactions are a must for any A type personality and she nails it!!!! Always with in reach by phone, email and text. Needs something fixed.....she has the resources, Need financing she has the resources( Cherry Creek...Craig is great). On our most resent transaction which she sold our house the marketing work she did was stunning. She did a super nice photo flyer that was handed out at the 2 weekends of open houses that I though was reserved for extremely fancy places, we are in the Bay Area after all. Due in part to her marketing the house sold for 22% over asking.....WOW Hands down I would hire her in a country second if the need would call again. Thumbs up to you my friend

I have worked with Gene on the sale of two homes.....I could not recommend him any more highly. He is easy to work with, stays calm when there is something unexpected ( which there always is), and is well respected in the real estate community. He knows the area well as he is a native. But above everything, he follows thru/ is dependable and is trustworthy. I recommend him with absolutely no reservations.

We felt so fortunate to find Unhei, through a wonderful service called My Broker Donates. Unhei did a phenomenal job in getting our place ready for sale. She guided us through every step of the process, making it MUCH easier than I ever anticipated. She was very responsive, always getting back to us right away. We really appreciated her warmth and personal touch, which eased our stress tremendously. She worked within our time parameters, as we were leaving our jobs and moving cross country, which felt daunting to us. Unhei was ALWAYS reassuring! She was conscientious about making sure that she had our okay with anything that she recommended. She also set realistic expectations about the price for our home. In navigating the multiple offers we received over the asking price, Unhei helped us to understand why the highest offer was not necessarily the best one. Ultimately, we chose the right buyer for our home, and got the best price possible as well. Overall we could not have been happier with our experience. We would HIGHLY recommend Unhei. Unhei was incredibly insightful and helpful to my wife and I as we went through the process of purchasing our house. This was our first purchase so it came with perhaps a few extra nerves on our end but we never felt overly pushed by her. (A little nudge here and there to move quick in a crazy market was helpful.) We were moving back to the East Bay after a few years away so her knowledge of specific communities was of help to us. Whenever there was an inspection or other types of oversight needs she was all over them in a super quick and timely manner. Her communication was great. We would highly recommend working with Unhei.

Six years ago I decided to sell my house in Berkeley and fortunately I found Tami Bobb to handle the sale.I had never been involved in a sale like this and Tami was invaluable to me.She was always available ,councelled me and handled all the details-even driving to Santa Rosa to a local Title Company to sign off on the property so that I would not have to drive down to Berkeley. I am living in a Senior Center and 2 new residents are in the process of selling their homes.The problems and worries they are experiencing are such a contrast to all that Tami did for me. I wish they had someone as dedicated as Tami so they could relax as I did.
