Lisa worked well with the sellers' agents to answer our questions, provided us with data and comps so that we understood the market, and found us a beautiful house to call home. With respect to the sale of our old home, no one could have worked harder. Lisa organized inspections, repairs, cleaning, staging, and photography, quickly and with little to no involvement from us. She even helped us close out an open permit and met the city inspector for us when we were tied up at work. She treated our home with such love and care. She was invested and protective of it. She also took care of us. Selling a home is incredibly stressful and Lisa answered our questions, listened to our concerns, and was super responsive and thoughtful. Finally, with respect to marketing, Lisa stands heads and shoulders above the rest. She knows traditional marketing, but she excels at making videos and getting views on social media. She's not only an authoritative voice on the real estate market, but her videos are fun and engaging too. Ultimately, Lisa made our house shine, she secured many competitive offers, and she got us a fantastic price significantly over asking. Lisa is effective because she is driven, savvy, organized, hustles, listens, and pays attention to details. But she also loves what she does. Lisa went above and beyond to get my house sold, and it was an especially difficult house to sell. There were definitely some features of the house which caused many buyers to walk away, and she still secured me an offer which I was very happy with. Lisa selected top notch staging which fit my budget, and she thought of many unique and helpful touches to add for the open houses and advertising which drew in enough buyers to get us an offer, in the ideal timeline and price range. She was always lightning fast to respond to any questions, and she kept me updated and in the loop about everything which was happening with the house sale. She also helpfully addressed several issues which came up during the process of negotiation and closing the sale. Pretty much any roadblock that came up, she cleared it immediately with skill and grace. Most of all, I appreciate that she was kind and thoughtful during the whole process. Erica was great to work with on the entire process of our search and eventual closing on the new property. She was patient with us as we navigated through what it was that were looking for. She was a huge help as we narrowed our search and came up with our priorities on finding a new home. Bahareh is an amazing, sweet, and wonderful person and real estate agent! We recommend her wholeheartedly! With no reservations whatsoever! Throughout our buying experience she was always direct, honest, fiercely dedicated, and protective, always trying to do what was right for us and keeping us informed at every stage. She was also very knowledgable about the market and the process of offers and closing, and helped us manage a set of very complicated situations with ease, until closing! Bahareh is also such a good communicator - and was fantastic at interfacing with us and with other people - and that was super valuable to us when things got complicated on the seller side, and lawyers got involved. We really can't say enough good things about her!!! Bahareh truly went above and beyond and we couldn't have done this without her, or with anyone else! Erica was amazing from start to finish. We live abroad now, which made the process complex, but Erica took control of the situation and put our minds at ease. She coordinated everything, suggested renovations to boost our property value, and then oversaw the work on top of handling all sales-related logistics. Her deep knowledge of the general Oakland market, the nuances of our neighborhood, and what renovations would bring the highest return on investment directly led to us getting a selling price for our home that was higher then we had hoped for. We cannot recommend Erica highly enough. She’s wonderful.
